Flip on a Dime

Our JC’s here love their parishes, but what they love even more in their drive for competition. From the very start of the week, the JCs have been teaching their Parishes different chants and yells in order to compete against the other Parishes. Whether it’s cheering in a volleyball game or winning the flag at morning summit, the thrill of rivalries reigns supreme. Yet, when it comes to traveling in twos and fours, the JCs to suddenly flip a switch and act as though nothing has happened. The JCs put aside the competition, in order to ensure the safety of the citizens, showing unity and strength regardless of Parish or city. This system allows for the true purpose of the program to shine through: friendship and pride.
