Mississippi and Pearl Parish made the mistake of getting a little too rowdy for the liking of the camp counselors and staff. During convocation in an effort to be awarded the prestigious Boys State Flag, both parishes engaged in activity that was deemed unacceptable by the camp counselors and staff. Below are the opinions of both citizens and officials.

The overall safety of the citizens must be the top priority of any event. Just because these meetings can get exciting does not mean citizens can be reckless.
