Nearing the end of LABS, Atchafalaya’s Parish President, Henry Sues has been going through the approach of impeachment. The citizen’s motives came from the fact that they did not believe he was the best leader for them and that action needed to be taken. This issue occured on top of many internal issues Atchafalaya faced. The issues ranged between their differences in backgrounds, ideas, and culture. Atchafalaya members chose to turn the other way and did not impeach their president, as they wished to end LABS on a good foot. Citizens mentioned that they really enjoyed their past week at LABS, where they learned to accept eachother no matter what physical, mental, or cultural background they had between eachother.
