After a long, strenuous few days, Brennan Youngblood’s bill has officially passed. This controversial bill was approved by the Domino Senate and sent to the Domino House Thursday afternoon to go through the next step in having the bill finalized. This bill will employ the homeless. Citizens will be declared homeless if they do not have a public address for 6 months. These newly employed citizens will be fed, housed, and clothed; however, they will be expected to build roads for the state. They will have an 8-hour work day and they will receive their pay based on completion of the roads. Despite this, it has been reported that they will receive an annual 2-month paid leave provided at first by the Louisiana Boys State Work Program Company, LBSWPC, and then later by tolls that have been placed on the highways.
