As the senate chambers begin to write bills, some are getting more attention than others. Domino Senate has been a hot topic recently as reports of a rather interesting law are in the process of being introduced. This law consists of mandating that any person who has been unhoused for longer than 6 months “shall be forcefully employed by the state government” according to Sal Christina. These unhoused citizens will be housed and fed as they build new highways for the state. This bill will also create a new party, The National Louisiana Workers Socialist Party. The Senate is currently scheduled to debate this bill on Thursday. Until then, do you think the bill will be passed?
More updates on the matter will be posted on Daily Magnolia’s Twitter page.
