Tensions Rising at Boys State?

Tuesday’s summit was definitely a wild one. As soon as the morning began, there was tension between the parishes. It ended up coming down to a “PARTY” chant-off between Pearl and Atchafalaya. Atchafalaya ended up winning and taking the flag for the day. Pearl feels robbed, and Pearl’s citizens are not fans of Atchafalaya. “Before the chant Atchafalaya told us they paid the SC to give them the flag. They said they were gonna smoke our pack,” yelled Matt Champagne of Pearl Parish. “Atchafalaya said PARTY so quiet. We did the ‘survey said’ chant after we lost louder than Atchafalaya ever chanted,” Marcus Searight of Pearl Parish pointed out. When Atchafalaya heard about these statements, they had their own words for Pearl. “Yeah, we smoked their pack. Atchafalaya is just better. They are not Brock hard. We are just more powerful,” said Brock Hubert of Atchafalaya. Trent Perrin of Atchafalaya made sure to add that Pearl was “not about it”. Perrin also added, “Welcome to the ghetto”. Tensions among the Perishes of Boys State are growing each day as the week progresses.
