As we’ve been kicking off the week we’ve had a smooth transition getting everyone settled in to their new lives for a week. Or have we? As many of you know we have our designated mascots, and the word on the street is that there is a rivalry going on between the parish of Cane and Bogafalya.
Bogafalaya Parish President, Jack Johnson had a lot to say about the tension between the parishes: “There are instances where you gotta do what you gotta do and that there is a time and a place for everything, but our main priority is to maintain peace.” After further investigation, there is talk that there has been an apparent incident where Baby Boga, mascot of Bogafalaya, has been snatched! Are the Bogalorians going to let this slide? Is Parish President of Bogafalaya Jack Johnson going to keep his word and maintain peace and order, or will he retaliate to keep Bogafalaya’s street rep?
Now let’s take into consideration of how Parish President of Cane, Malachi White, is going to address this issue. After asking him directly, he has announced that the parish of Cane has prioritized to keep things professional by protecting the mascot and its citizens. However, it was made clear that the people of Cane are not afraid to take action if necessary. Was this a threat or a warning? Stay safe and most importantly, keep a close eye on your mascot!
