With the shock of Hurricane Aiden making its way through LABS, citizens in leadership positions have assumed the worst and made preparations. When there are storms, damage is guaranteed, and that’s no surprise to the Commissioner of Insurance candidates. Both candidates made comments on the damage the hurricane would cause. Candidate Logan Richardson (FED) claimed it is “going to be devastating, but that’s what insurance is for… there will be price hikes, but it’ll naturally adjust as time goes on. That’s just how it works, especially when you live in the South.”
Candidate Kaser Guidroz (NAT) made a similar statement: “Homes will be destroyed and I’ve acknowledged that, but as the Commissioner of Insurance, it would be my job to help rebuild when everything has fallen.” Following this statement, Guidroz made aggressive claims including a lack of rising insurance prices due to reserves of funds withheld for instances of hurricanes. Thankfully for LABS, both potential Commissioners of Insurance have a formidable plan as to what will occur proceeding their elections and Hurricane Aiden.
