Day One of Boy’s State was a very long and exhausting day for many of the students. However, they needed to rest before entering Day Two as the schedule ordered that the citizens wake up at 7:10 in the morning. The recommended amount of sleep for a person to have full functionality is around 8 hours, which surprisingly only a couple of citizens were able to achieve in a batch of 60 citizens. The majority of Citizens at Boys State were able to sleep for only 6 hours. The lack of sleep will definitely catch up to all the Citizens later in the week.
(Below is a chart of 60 random Boys State citizens that shows how much sleep they received.)
